The candidate must have a strong background in telecommunications or IT. They will act as the key technical person responsible for developing end-to-end solutions that meet user needs. This includes resolving technical issues and conflicts related to services and products both before and after their launch. The role also involves managing vendor internal testing, IT System Acceptance Tests (SAT), and User Acceptance Tests (UAT) for related solutions and products. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for other technical assignments as assigned by management. They must ensure proper data synchronization between systems, network elements, and third-party platforms. The role also includes maintaining service quality, monitoring performance KPIs, supporting capacity planning, and preparing bid documentation for project tenders. It is essential that each program is implemented according to the timescales and milestones outlined in tender documents and any subsequent contracts.
